- The Jaipur Lane Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
- Return / Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the Seller and Return / Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:
- If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;

- The product is different from what was shipped to you;
- Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
- Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.
Refund amount shall be credited to the Customer as per below mentioned applicable refund mode with 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of product by the Seller.
